State Radio Regulation of China (SRRC)

The State Radio Monitoring Center (the State Radio Spectrum Management Center) is a specialized technical agency for the state radio regulation of China, directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. It is in charge of radio monitoring and radio spectrum management.

SRMC is responsible for radio equipment type approval testing, radio equipment technical specification and standard development and normative study of radio testing laboratory capacity building, and for carrying technical guidance on national radio equipment testing.

The laboratory of Radio Equipment Testing Department is the only national quality supervision and inspection body in radio industry, which is authorized as the State Radio Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of P. R. China (AQSIQ), and is responsible for radio product quality supervision and inspection in China. The laboratory has first-class testing environment and equipment, scientific quality management system, professional technicians, excellent technical capacities, and has more than 20 certifications or qualifications authorized by domestic and international authority. Through these efforts on radio equipment management and testing, SRMC is to ensure various types of radio equipment before entry into the market and used in China, in conformity with the technical requirements of Chinese radio management, there by effectively reduce radio interference from the source and guarantee rational and efficient utilization of spectrum resources

China Network Approval License (NAL) require the Telecom products must be registered in China. The local representative was required to finish the related application.
