Gost-R DoC Scheme

Currently, for all the imported gods, please refer to the CU EAC scheme. But, about the secondary Battery, it is still not under the EAC scheme, so the Battery is applicable to the Russian Cost-R DoC scheme.The Gost-R DoC must be issued by Russian certification body, the content is same with EAC certificate.
