Safety of products circulated within the Eurasian Economic Union is provided through application of technical regulations.

Technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union is a document adopted by the Eurasian Economic Commission, that establishes legally binding on the territory of the Union requirements to subjects of technical regulation.

Technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union are adopted to ensure the implementation of priority interests of safety.​

The goods enter into CU countries should comply with the Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances(RoHS).
