Test Certificate

While your products enter into Israel Custom, your product must comply with Safety + EMC requirements, the Test Certificate will be issued by The Standards Institution of Israel (SII). This certificate can be as the Custom Clearance Certificate.

SAFETY MARK

The Safety Mark is administrated by the Standard Mark system in accordance with the Standards Law, Regulations and directives (Standards Directive (Definition of Standard Marks), 1992, and the Standards Directive (Prohibition of Production of Goods) ,1981)

What is a Safety Mark?

• A mark that indicates that the products bearing it meet the safety requirements as defined in the standards applicable to the product.

• A Safety Mark is granted to a product when the standard applicable to the product only includes safety requirements.

• Most safety standards are endorsed from international standards.

Advantages of the Safety Mark for the Consumer

If a product is licensed to display a Safety Mark, this means that the tests of the product and quality control of the manufacturing processes were carried out successfully, showing that the product is of a high quality and is safe to use.

Advantages of the Safety Mark for the Manufacturer

• Meeting the safety requirements for the product, and its compliance with the Israeli and international standards

• Possibility of participating in tenders of institutions and bodies that condition such participation on the existence of a Safety Mark

• The license also grants the manufacturer a marketing advantage from the perspective of the consumer.

• A foreign manufacturing company that markets its products in the Israeli market can receive a license to label its products with a Standard Mark, thus simplifying the process of importing his products.
